Roberta Stearns Neil was born June 17, 1943 in Columbia, South Carolina to the late Willie and Susan Harrison Stearns. She departed her life on Saturday, July 1, 2017 at Palmetto Health Richland.

Mrs. Neil worked at the Richland Convalescent Home for many years. She loved sitting on her front porch and just relaxing as she talked with family and friends.

Left to cherish precious memories and special times are: her sister, Gloria Thompson; two brothers, Ernest (Jessie Mae) and Kenneth (Nancy) Stearns; her niece and goddaughter, Tiarra Stearns; and her nephew and godson, Calvin Stearns, all of Columbia, South Carolina. She also leaves many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, a host of other loving relatives and friends, all of whom will miss her dearly.
