Robert Lee Pryor, Sr., “Lil Man,” was born October 18, 1958 in Richland to Clara Mae Pryor and the late Charles Bill Pryor, Sr. He departed this life on January 15, 2017.

Robert was educated in the public schools of Richland County. He spent many years as a cook, a passion he held dear to his heart. He enjoyed basketball and spending time with family. He was dearly loved and will be deeply missed.

He was predeceased by his father and Larry William Pryor.

Robert leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Barbara Coverson of Columbia, South Carolina; mother, Cara Mae Pryor, also of Columbia; three daughters: Mary Elizabeth Norris (Keith Williams), Latosha Sandra Pryor and Tiffany Shantell Byrd; three sons: Robert Lee Norris, Eric O’Neal Norris (Ieasia) and Larry William Pryor, all of Columbia, South Carolina; and seventeen grandchildren. He also leaves three sisters: Dorothy Pryor Chatman, Sarena Taylor Fulks (Theodore) and Delores Green, all of Columbia, South Carolina; brother, Charlie Bill Pryor; and many other loving relatives and friends that love and will miss him dearly.
