I was reading the paper at lunch and saw this. Condolences to the Family. Mr. Hawkins was a good hard working man. Although I saw him about once a year, it was always a pleasure to speak to him. I will miss him. Celebrate his life. Thank you for your service, 1st Sergeant!

I am sorry to hear of your loss. May you find comfort in the resurrection promise at John 5:28,29 that reads; "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming when all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." The Bible gives us hope that one day our dead loved ones will be brought back to life.

Sorry to hear the passing of Mr. Hawkins. We work together at the Lyon Street Student Services Center for Richland District One. I pray that the family be strengthen at this season in their life.
