Zachary "Zack" Suber

Zachary Suber was born November 15, 1960, in Columbia, South Carolina, the beloved son of the late Virginia S. Otis. He departed this earthly life at PRISMA Health Richland Hospital on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, in Columbia, South Carolina.

Zack, as he was affectionately called by family and friends, was educated in the public schools of Richland School District One. After leaving high school, he worked in the welding profession.

He enjoyed watching baseball, old western movies, and the Miami Dolphins. He will be remembered for often saying to others, “Goone, get!”

Though he is no longer physically with us, his loving and kind spirit will forever live in the hearts and lives of all those who loved and knew him.

In addition to his mother, he was also preceded in death by his sister, Lisa V. Otis.

He is lovingly survived by his nephew, Devon J. Otis; a loving aunt, Rachel Y. Glover; and a host of other loving relatives and dear friends, all of whom will dearly miss him, but rejoice that he is now free from pain.
