Ty’Shon Alic-Zander Vogt was born November 5, 2000, in West Columbia, South Carolina, the beloved son of Ta’Nico Creed and Taveon Vogt. He departed this life on Sunday, June 14, 2026, in Columbia, South Carolina.
Ty’Shon was educated in the public schools of Richland County School District One where he was a graduate of A. C. Flora High School.
After graduation “Shon” as he was affectionately called by family and friends, was employed with KFC, Rush’s, Family Dollar, Food Lion and Mr. B’s Café.
During his spare time, Ty’Shon enjoyed playing basketball, singing/rapping, shooting dice and eating his favorite foods.
Though he was taken from us too soon, Shon has left a legacy of love to all those who loved and knew him.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, David Lee Vogt; great grandmother, Margaret Gadson; and Richard L. Johnson, Sr.
Those who will forever cherish fond and precious memories of Ty’Shon are his loving mother, TaNico (Rodney) Creed; caring father, Taveon Vogt; devoted brothers, Chaundre’ (Imani) Curry, Taveon Vogt, Jr., TyRique Vogt, Tajian Vogt, Tracen Vogt, Richard Johnson, Jr., and Ricshad (Shaquela) Goodwin; loving sisters, A’Mourria Johnson, Cierra Johnson, Victoria Johnson, LaRhonda Johnson, Alexis (Devin) Barnes, Jessica (Stevin) Burton, Lytavia Vogt, and Harper Vogt; caring grandfathers, Marvin Figgs and Alvin Staley; loving grandmothers, Norma Figgs, Frances Staley and Dorothy Ann Vogt; caring uncles, Trezvant (Brittney) Williams Devon (Stephanie) Staley and Patrick Figgs; loving aunts, Rena Jenkins, Audrey Vogt-Joseph, and Glenis Vogt, Dana Vogt; bonus moms, Bridget Lyles and Angel Harth; special friend, Breah Strother; a host of other loving relatives and dear friends, all of whom are sadden by his untimely departure, but will dearly miss him.
