Obituary

Travis Dale Hardrick was born April 13, 1966, in Columbia, South Carolina.  He was the son of Kay Ann Clark Hardrick and the late John Franklin Hardrick, Sr.  He departed this life on Thursday, June 2, 2022, in Columbia, South Carolina.

Travis was educated in the public schools of Richland County. He worked for many years in the Food Service Industry.   He used his gifts learned in the food industry to prepare wonderful meals for his family and friends.  He was kind, caring and he loved his family dearly.

Though he is no longer physically with us, his loving and kind spirit will forever live in the hearts and lives of all who loved and knew him.

Travis was also preceded in death by a brother, Jephthah Hardrick; and a sister, Sandra K. Hardrick Maxwell.

Those who will forever cherish his fond and precious memories are his two sons, Jeremy A. Hardrick of Gastonia, NC; and Jerome D. Hardrick of Columbia, SC; his granddaughter, Jayonnie Hardrick; his loving and caring mother, Kay Ann Hardrick of Columbia, SC; two brothers,  Jerry A. (Carla) Clark  and John F. (Kimberly) Hardrick, Jr., both of Columbia, SC; and two sisters, Doris F. Hardrick and Jennifer Y. Hardrick, both of Columbia, SC; a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and other loving relatives and dear friends, all of who join the family in sharing the grief caused by his untimely departure.
