Tony Roberts was born on October 4, 1966 and was the son of Betty and the late Caroline Roberts in Columbia, SC and departed this life on January 4, 2021.
Tony was educated in the public schools of Columbia and graduated from Eau-Claire High School in 1984. He was employed with the City of Columbia as a CCTV supervisor.
Tony was a family oriented and a God loving man, who enjoyed fishing. He also enjoyed spending time with family and having a good laugh. No matter what was wrong he always reassured that everything was in God’s hands and that everything would be ok. He was a loving man that didn’t mind helping others if he could. He enjoyed family trips, family gatherings and having his family around.
His wife, children and grandchildren were his world. He was a happy man; he enjoyed his life.

He was preceded in death by his father, Carolina Roberts; grandmother, Evelyn Grant; mother-in law, Elizabeth Jeter and his uncle, David, Roberts, Sr.
Those left to cherish his memories are his wife, Denise Roberts; mother, Betty (Wilbert) Sinkler; children, Chiquita Roberts, Tornesha (Bryant) Hall, Chinisha Roberts, DaNeidra Roberts, Bri’Aijah Roberts and Jamal Perry;grandchildren, Zaiya Oswell, Zoey Oswell, Brandon Tony Baker and Bryson Tony Roberts; siblings, Calvin Roberts, Corey Roberts and Stacie Roberts; his in-laws, Bobby Geter, Anthony (Michelle) Jeter and Bessie Durham; aunt, Sarah Roberts; uncles, Johnny Bethel and James Bethel and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and family whom will miss him dearly.
