Timothy L. Isaac, Sr.

Mr. Timothy Lamonte Isaac Sr. was born March 2, 1972 in Columbia, South Carolina. He was the son of late Clayrie Ann Isaac Mayes. On Saturday, July 17, 2021 at Prisma Health Richland in Columbia, God sent an angel to bring him to reign with Him in Glory.

Mr. Isaac was a proud graduate of W.J. Keenan High School. He was employed with The Grill at 301 Restaurant until his passing. Previously he worked at Palmetto Builders Concrete as Plant Manager in Blythewood, South Carolina for many years. He was also a member of the Masonic Mason, Ridgewood Lodge #630, for many years as well.

Tim, known affectionally as “Bootsie”, had four children, whom he loved dearly. Bootsie was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He leaves behind a life of wonderful memories to be shared by his loved ones and friends. He enjoyed life and loved to have fun and cook. The most exciting season of the year for him was football. He was a die-hard fan for the Miami Dolphins and South Carolina Gamecocks football teams. Although he is no longer with us, his loving spirit, unforgettable big smile, laughter and seasoned choice of words will be missed.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mrs. Clayrie Ann Isaac Mayes and his common-law wife, Angela Denise Roach.

Mr.Timothy Lamonte Isaac Sr. leaves to cherish his precious memory; his four children: Travis Isaac, Dominique Isaac, Timothy Isaac Jr. and Clarisa Isaac, all of Columbia, South Carolina; three sisters: Tiffany Ellis (Frazier), Pamela Mayes and Crystal Mayes; one brother, Tobe (Geneva) Isaac Sr., also all of Columbia, South Carolina; his step-father, Alvin Mayes of Columbia, South Carolina; four grandchildren, I’Nylla Isaac, Timothy Isaac III of Columbia, South Carolina and Layia Isaac and Catalina Isaac of Lawton, Oklahoma. Three sister in laws: Edith (Robert) Walker, Janet (Kenneth) Minger and Joyce (Olivia) Roach of Columbia, South Carolina; two brother in laws: Gregory Roach and late Marion Roach Jr. of Columbia, South Carolina; a  very special friend: Kanisha Scurry; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and caring friends, all of wom will miss him dearly.
