Terrance Fitzgerald Cannon Obituary

Terrance Fitzgerald Cannon, affectionately known as TC, was born on September 19, 1967 in Columbia, South Carolina to Nathaniel and Shirley Cannon. He departed his life on September 5, 2021.

Terrance graduated from Eau-Claire High School in 1985 and was known as the best drummer. He was the lead drummer on the marching band. After high school, he joined the Navy.

After serving his country proudly, Terrance drove trucks across the country for over 25 years. Throughout his career, he had an impeccable work history. He was very dependable, always early, and shared his love for God. Even his love for God was on his voicemail. He made sure his work truck was clean and ready to hit the roads. Terrance even took his nephew on the road with him a few times. His last employment was driving for Morrisette.

Terrance really loved his family. He spent time with his nieces and nephews by taking them to amusement parks and sporting events. He would have his dad and uncles over for game night watching football. Whenever he called his mother he would say, "mama how you doing?" And like most brothers, he and Terrill had their ups and downs but their love for each other was unbreakable.

Terrance was a comedian, very energetic, and had a giving spirit. He loved his Coors Light beer, watching his LSU Tigers, and wearing his Boss paraphanelia. He was famous for wearing his Boss black necklace and his studded Boss hats. If you were lucky, he would give you a hat!  He also loved watching movies and had a vast movie collection.

To cherish his precious memories, Terrance leaves behind his parents Nathaniel and Shirley Cannon; A brother: Terrill (Celeste) Cannon, Sr.; two nieces: Danielle and Jasmine Cannon; one nephew: Terrill Cannon, Jr.; two great-nieces: London and Kacey Cannon; two great-nephews: Terrill Cannon, III and Jahzir Kessler-Cannon, all of Columbia, South Carolina. He leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, family, and friends.
