Teniesha Cashay King

Teniesha Cashay King was born August 11, 1997 in San Diego, CA to Kevin C. King and Adriann Stokes-King. She was the eldest of two children. Teniesha gave her life to Jesus Christ at a very early age while attending Agape Worship Center with her Auntie Nunu. She later joined Journey United Methodist Church in 2011 where she faithfully served on the praise dance team, mime ministry, and God Squad. Teniesha graduated from Ridge View High School in 2015 and aspired to go back to college to become a dental hygienist.

Teniesha was a spirited, fun loving, compassionate person that loved to be silly and goofy. She had a smile that would light up your soul. Teniesha loved family game nights, going to the beach, laughing and telling stories with family, reading, coloring, listening to music, and writing in her journal. But most of all she loved and adored her son Malik. He was her whole world and she wanted nothing more than to be a good mom, and that she was.

Teniesha was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Edlyn Stokes, and paternal grandfather, Louis King. She leaves to cherish her memory, a loving mother Adriann King, father, Kevin C. King, sister Tierra King, grandmother Sandra King, grandfather Richard Stokes, best friend Gizmo the dog, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family and friends.
