Taniya N. Hall Obituary

Taniya Nicole Hall, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, May 17, 2026. She was born on December 6, 2001, in Columbia, South Carolina, a precious daughter to Sheila Hall and Longeno Mack.

“Niya,” as she was affectionately called was educated in the public schools of Richland School District One and proudly graduated from Columbia High School, Class of 2020. She later began her professional journey with Spectrum, where she worked as a dedicated sales associate at the Platt Springs office.

Vibrant, joyful, and full of life, Taniya was truly the light of every room she entered. She loved to travel, explore new places, and express her creativity through doing hair—something at which she was naturally gifted. Her laughter, energy, and presence made every gathering brighter, especially the moments she shared with her cousins and friends, who adored her deeply.

Taniya was preceded in death by her grandparents, Carol Lee Mack, Tony Martin, and Charlie Hall; her great‑grandmother, Inez Martin; and her aunt, Tameka Mack.

She leaves to cherish her memory her precious daughter Brooklyn A. Hall; her loving mother, Sheila Hall; her devoted father, Longeno Mack; her caring brother, Longeno Antonio Hall; her loving sisters, Alexis Fishburne and Keisha Miller; her grandmother, Minnie Hall; her aunts, Keisha Mack, Betty Hook, Thomasena Sanderlin, and Barbara Hall; her uncles, Odingo Mack, Andrew Chance, Robert Chance, and Melvin Silas; and her special cousin, “Tyke,” who will forever remain her hero. She is also survived by a host of loving cousins, dear friends, and all who were touched by her beautiful spirit.

Though her departure is heartbreaking and far too soon, Taniya’s memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved her. Her laughter, her warmth, and her unforgettable presence will forever be cherished.
