Steven Bennerman

Mr. Stevie “Buckshot” Bennerman was born on July 14, 1962, in West Columbia, SC to the late Thomas Bennerman & JoAnne Robinson.  He departed this earthy life on Thursday, June 8, 2023.

Stevie was educated in the public schools of Lexington County Schools. Stevie was a member of Turner Memorial A.M.E.

In addition to his parents, Stevie was preceded in death by his brother, Samuel “BooBoo” Bennerman; grandparents, Mr. Abraham (Gertrude) Robinson Sr.; aunts, Elizabeth Robinson, Lillie Bell Smith, Vivian English, Lessie Yates,  Catherine Robinson, and Idella Hunter.

He leaves to cherish his memories his son, Stevie A. Bennerman; and his daughter, Stephanie J. Sistrunk; two stepchildren, Shamus Johnson Jr. and Shaniya Johnson; four grandchildren, Brant Richardson, Kaliah Johnson, Kacie-Nova Johnson, and Kasen Johnson; two brothers, Charles Robinson, and Thurmond Merchison; two sisters, Carolyn (Rodney) Brown, and Barbara (Phil) Reed; three aunts, Eva Wise, Mary Robinson, and Rosa Bovain; one uncle, Abraham (Margaret) Robinson; one special Kinsman, Don Robinson; his special friend, Teresa Johnson, and a host of nieces, nephews, family & friends that will miss him dearly.
