Shirley Ann Anderson

 Shirley Ann Andersons earthly journey began on November 12, 1960.  She was the beloved daughter of the late Nellie Viola Anderson and Jimmy Milligan of Forte Motte, South Carolina. After her mother’s passing, Shirley was reared in the home of her aunt, the late Mamie Anderson Goodwine. She concluded her earthly journey on Friday, March 7, 2025, at Prisma Health Richland Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina. During her final moments, she was surrounded by those closest to her.

Shirley, affectionately known to her friends as "Fluff”, was educated in the public schools of Richland County.

Shirley  was the mother of one child, her son, Darnell Anderson, whom she loved dearly. She dedicated her life as a homemaker and mother. In her last days, she found joy in spending quality time with her grandchildren.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Though she is no longer physically with us, her loving and kind spirit will forever live in the hearts of all those who loved and knew her.

Fluff leaves to cherish her fond and precious memories her loving son and daughter-in-law, Darnell (Brittany) Anderson; and granddaughters, Darielle and Sharnell Anderson, all of Columbia, SC; siblings, Dorothy Bell of Camden, NJ, Gail Hallman, Donald Anderson, Gloria (Charles) Tyler, Larry Goodwine, Sarah (Rufus) Knapper, Eartha Mae Goodwine, Eartha Faye Goodwine, and Chantrese Goodwine, all  of Columbia, SC, and Sandra Jones of Swansea, SC.  She also leaves to cherish precious memories, a host of beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving relatives, and dear friends, all of whom will miss her dearly.
