Shannon was educated in the public schools of Richland County. She was employed for many years as a Manager with McDonald's. At the time of her departure, she was employed with the 76 Gas Station on Forest Drive, where she was loved by all those who she served.
Though she is no longer physically with us, she has left a legacy of love to all those who loved and knew her.
Those who are cherishing fond and precious memories of Shannon are her husband, Frank Livingston Jr. of Columbia, SC; five sons, Latrell Strong, Derek Lawton, Rico Harp, Jermel Sims, and Frank Livingston III; her mother, Linda (Melvin Simms); two sisters, Janine Harp and Cleo Strong, both of Columbia, SC; two granddaughters, Riley Marie Lawton and Kehlani Harp, both of Columbia, SC; a very special friend, Melvin Jerome Sims Sr. of Columbia, SC; a host of stepchildren; and other loving relatives and dear friends, all of whom will miss her dearly.
