Rodney W. Daniels of Oxon Hill, Maryland earned his wings on Sunday December 26th, 2021. He was born on July 19th, 1962, to Sam Daniels and Thelma Daniels, the eight of eleven, he called himself the eighth wonder and always said that he’s a ‘Paraphernalia’.
Rodney graduated from Wallace High in 1980. Shortly after graduating he enlisted in the army for 3 years until he was honorably discharged. Rodney drove for a host of truck companies from Transport of America, Coca-Cola, and his most recent Freight One.
Rodney was known and loved by many, he loved everyone and even received his certificates to care for the mentally challenged. Rodney loved the color blue, dancing, fishing, and listening to music his favorite kind of music was Funk/Soul. Rodney has joined his father Sam Daniels and his three brothers, Bobby, Jose, and James Daniels. We and the rest of his friends and family will truly miss his laughter, smile and most importantly him. December 26th will not be known as his death but more of a celebration of his life.
He leaves a legacy of three children, Rodnell Johnson of Columbia, SC, Donovan Johnson of Gastonia, NC and his Boo Boo/Lady Bug Jasmine Daniels of Oxon Hill, MD. Rodney also leaves behind a host of grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, and friends.
