Margaret Louise Thompson Hepburn

Margaret L. Thompson Hepburn was born on February 9, 1927, in Columbia, SC, the daughter of the late Ealey Thompson and Edith Laury Thompson.  She transitioned from labor to reward on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.

Margaret was a 1945 graduate of Booker T. Washington High School.  She was a member of First Calvary Baptist Church serving on the Ladies Usher Board, Missionary Club, Fruit of the Spirit Senior Ministry, and the St. Annis Park Senior Citizens Club prior to residing at NHC Parklane.

She was predeceased by her husband Harold Hepburn; daughter, Marilyn Mitchell; and son, Edmond Adams, Jr.

She leaves to cherish precious memories, four grandchildren, Margaret Pryor, Wanda Myers (Alexander), Dr. Terricita Sass (Grady), and Stanley Adams; twelve great grands; eighteen great great grands; and one great great great grand; Barbara Price, whom she loved like a daughter; sister-in-law, Martha Thompson; and many nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.
