Lucy Durham

Mrs. Lucy Durham was born on November 19, 1936, the second bundle of joy to the late Abbie Armstrong. She peacefully departed this life on April 3, 2020, at Prisma Health in Columbia, SC.

Lucy was educated in the public schools of Winnsboro, SC. She was the rock of the family and enjoyed spending time with family and hustled hard to provide for the family. She had a heart of gold and would help anybody. She was a very passionate woman and was known as "Mutt".

Lucy was preceded in death by her mother, Abbie Armstrong; her husband, Mr. Roosevelt Durham; her grandson, Keith Ja'Vris Durham.

Mrs. Lucy Durham leaves to cherish her precious memories to her daughter, Mrs. Robin Durham (Calvin) Robinson; one brother, Eddie JR Watkins; five grandchildren, Harry (Nancy) Durham, Freddie (Vanderlan) Durham, Kilvonia Durham, and James (Peggy) Durham; twelve great-grandchildren, six of which were reared in the home, Kiarah, Dameon, Darrell, Naketa, Neosha, and Akiera; five great-great-grandchildren, two unborn great-great-grandchildren on the way; three brothers-in-law, three sisters-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and there loving relative and friends all of whom will miss her dearly.
