Levell Ashford

Mr. Levell "Lee" Ashford was born October 5, 1943, in Winnsboro, South Carolina to the late Mr. Brooks Ashford, Sr. and Mrs. Mariah Ashford.  He attended Fairfield County Public Schools.  Levell entered eternal rest Sunday, November 30, 2025.  He worked as a master carpenter for decades.  He was a  windower, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and firiend.

He was married to Elder Eva Ashford for 59 years prior to her transition in August 2022.  The Ashford union produced seven children:  Sandra (Dewayne) Diggs, Tonette Ashford, Tony (Cynthia) Ashford, Terrance Ashford, Sharon Ashford, Melissa (Garrick) Pridgeon, Pamela (Bernard) Boyd, and a special daughter, Shana Ashford.  He leaves a legacy of twenty-six grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.  He leaves two sisters:  Tena Anderson and Bertha Cook.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Elder Eva Ashford; his daughter, Tonette Ashford; his grandson, Terrance Ashford, Jr.; and three sisters and five brothers.
