Obituary
Leonardo Devinci Rembert better known as “Doe” departed this earthly home on Monday May 8, 2023, at MUSC. Leonardo was born in Columbia, South Carolina on December 26th, 1957, to the late Tommie and Catherine Rembert.
He attended True Word Church E.C.C.M of Columbia SC. He was educated in the public schools of Richland County School District and attended Spring Valley High School. He was previously employed at Golden Corral and California Dreamer.
His hobbies were gardening and watching football. He will be remembered for his infectious smile and for giving heart.
He leaves to cherish one son, Corey (Karen) Woodard; a daughter, Ashley Woodard; seven grandchildren; seven brothers, Tommy (Joan) Rembert of Manassas VA, Timothy (Margie) Rembert of Cheraw SC, Frederick (Mary) Rembert, Christopher (Reatha) Rembert, Paul Rembert, Percival Lane, Shermin Lane; two sisters, Gloria (Charles) Campbell, Tonya Rembert (Carl) all of Columbia, SC; two aunts, Elizabeth Moorehead and Patricia Jones; one uncle, Melody Moorehead II all of Columbia, SC, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. A devoted friend Tony Hall.
