Mr. John Henry Thomas, Jr was the son of the late John Henry Thomas, Jr and Helen Thomas. He was born on July 16, 1955 in Richland County. He departed this life on February 14, 2021 at Pruitt Health Hospital in Columbia, SC.
He attended school in Columbia, SC.
John was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jake and Viola Bell Thomas of Springfield, SC and his sister Essie Jane Thomas.
He leaves to cherish his memory a devoted friend, Ronald B. Caldwell; adopted mother, Mattie Sutton and a host of god-children all of Columbia, whom will miss him dearly.
