Isabell D. Martin was born on Januray 23, 1942 to John, Sr. and Emma P Davis. She departed this earthly life on November 23, 2020.
Isabell was born in Kershaw County where she attended school. She married Ernest Martin and was blessed with four children.
Isabell was an active member of Good Aim Baptist Church for many years and served on the Jubilee Choir. She worked 34 years for the Department of Disabilities & Special Needs. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Isabell was preceded in death by her parents, John and Emma Davis; son, Shoni S. Martin and sisters, Lula Counts, Eva M. Gibson and Corrine White.
Left to cherish Isabell’s memories are her children, Melina M. Favor, Tracey R. Martin and Stephon Martin; siblings, Azaree Gibson, Carrie McCants, Wylie (Angela) Davis, John Davis, Jr., Lillie M. Bell, Beatrice (John) Kearse, Betty (William) Tucker, Gary (Estell) Davis; ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three sisters-in-law; one brother-in-law and a host of other loving relatives and friends whom will miss her dearly.
