Frank Livingston, Sr, was born June 12, 1950, in Columbia, South Carolina, the beloved son of the late Mack and Martha Davis Livingston. Frank was called home on Sunday, January 22, 2023, in Columbia, South Carolina.
Frank attended Richland County School District One where he graduated from C. A. Johnson High School in 1969. On November 6, 1969, he entered the United States Army, serving our county faithfully for three (3) years. During his time in the military, he served overseas in Germany then made his way back to the states where he was stationed at Fort McClellan Army Base in Anniston, Alabama. Upon receiving an Honorable Discharge, he returned to Columbia and joined the Army Reserves. Frank was then employed as a custodian and truck driver before he decided to continue his education and earn his certification in Automotive Service Technology, which was his first love.
In addition to his parents, Frank was also preceded in death by Alphonso, Sandra, Mae Alice, Marion, Mack, and Martha Livingston.
Frank affectionately known as (aka/O’Thomas; aka, “Moose”; aka /“US Daddy”, was a loving father, son, brother, uncle, grandfather, and friend.
He is lovingly survived by Sulaiman (Deborah) Al-Karim, Nathaniel (Barbra) Livingston, Stanley Livingston, Antonio Livingston, Darren Livingston, Dorothy Livingston, Latifah Jarrett, and Betty Livingston; nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins, and a host of other loving relatives and dear friends.
