Ezra Blakely

Ezra Stone Blakely was born October 9, 2025, the beloved baby boy of Bryan Blakely, Sr. and Ikeiya Blakely. He departed this earthly life to be an angel with the Lord on Wednesday, February 18, 2026.

Though his time on earth was brief, Ezra filled our lives with immeasurable love, tenderness, and purpose.

Waiting for Ezra in heaven are his grandfather, Richard Carter; and his great-grandmother, Marian Carter.

Those who will forever cherish his precious memories are his parents, Bryan Blakely, Sr. and Ikeiya Blakely; his big brothers, Bryan Blakely Jr., Saiaire Blakely, Nova Blakely, and Ronan Blakely, who loved him deeply and will carry his memory in their hearts forever. He is lovingly remembered by his grandparents, Asia Lynn, and Gladys and Eben Martey, all of West Columbia, SC, Richard Blakely, of Columbia, SC and Sheila McRae, of Swansea, SC; great-grandparents, Margarite Blakely of Columbia, SC, Parlinna Young of Columbia, SC, and Hosea and Loretta Eaddy,  of Bowie, MD. Ezra also leaves behind many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends who cherished him deeply.

In his short time here, Ezra brought comfort in quiet moments, joy through his sweet presence, and a love that will remain with his family always. He loved being held close, hearing familiar voices, and resting peacefully in the warmth of those who loved him most.

Though we do not understand why his time was so short, we are grateful for every moment we were given. Ezra’s life, however brief, will forever be a part of our family’s story.
