Eddie James Natt also known as “Quadir” by family and friends, was born August 18, 1961, in Columbia, SC. He was the son of the late David Natt, and Lula Bell Hart. Eddie departed this earthly life on Monday, April 1, 2024, at Prisma Health Richland Heart Hospital.
Eddie was a graduate of West Side High School in Newark, New Jersey. Eddie worked various jobs, but most at Fort Jackson Food Service. He loved helping his family and friends when it came to working on cars or even having a good time playing cards at his house. He also enjoyed cooking for everyone. At times when he was alone he enjoyed sitting on his bed playing Solitaire. He was also known for being a good boxer in his younger days, and even taught his children how to cook and box.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four siblings, Maxine Richardson, Thomas Walker, Polly Ann Jones, and Johnny Lee Walker.
He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Jennifer Natt; children, Quadil Craig, Anthony Craig, Saleem Craig, Samar Craig, Rasheeda (Travis) Craig, Khalil Craig, Rameen Craig, Hassan Natt, Quayshawn Spence, and Malik Smith; step-children, Robert Williams, and Trevon Williams; his sisters, Diane Natt, and Valerie Miller; brothers, David (Toshia) Walker, and Terry Hart; in-laws, Yolondia, Marcia, and Laine, and Latanya Walker; thirty-six (36) grandchildren; four (4) great-grandchildren; special friend, Shirley Craig; special nieces, Ratisha, and Latonya Natt, Rhonda Walker, Cassandra Jones, and Precious Whitaker; and a host of nephews, nieces, and friends that will miss him dearly.
