Her going to sleep with our savior is more then a link missing from your family chain and it is my sincere hope His Grace will be sufficient in your moments . Mrs Wilson was an example of hope for tomorrow to us at Roberts. Wilson, Mrs Sistrunk, Mrs. Johnson, Mrs. Shannon and Mr Pelzer Sweat, were our teachers at our beloved Roberts Intermediate and at Roberts High School ,HollyHill, Orangrburg,SC from 5th to 8th grade. My sympathies to the family of Ms. Wilson. I had the opportunity to interview both Mr. John and Ms. Donella Wilson, regarding the Early Black presence in Columbia, SC, in there home adjacent to First Nazareth Baptist Church. They both shared rich and in -depth knowledge of the Black presence.
