Domanik T. Rikard, was born November 16, 1978, in Lexington, South Carolina, the beloved daughter of Donnay Rikard and the late Georgia Mae Coleman Rikard. She departed this life on Friday, May 8, 2026.
“Nikki” as she was affectionately called, was educated in the public schools of Richland County, South Carolina, graduating from Columbia High School in the Class of 1998. She was a loving and dedicated childcare provider for many years. She loved taking care of babies and animals with a love that was shown to all. She had a flair for fashion, hair, jewelry, and drawing.
Nikki was a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend, whose laughter, love, and strength touched many lives. Though she is no longer physically with us, she has left a legacy of love to all those who loved and knew her.
In addition to her mother Georgia, she was also preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Benson and Laura Coleman; paternal grandparents, James and Nancy Rikard, all of Irmo, SC.
Domanik leaves to cherish her loving memories are loving her sons, Dontravius Jones and Xavier Glover, both of Columbia, SC; her caring father, Donnay J. Rikard, Sr. of Irmo, SC; caring brothers, Donnay Rikard, Jr. Tavares (Josh) Pollock of Irmo, SC, and Gabriel Rikard of Columbia, SC; loving and devoted sisters, Shannon Coleman, of Irmo, SC, and Monifah Rikard of Atlanta, GA; bonus sister, Garnetta Washington of Atlanta, GA; niece, Daneshia Rikard of Blythewood, SC; bonus niece, Gia Shennett of Atlanta, GA; uncles, Samuel Coleman and Ronald Coleman of Irmo, SC; aunts, Edna Coleman, Margaret Coleman, Darlene Rikard, and Michelle Rikard, all of Irmo, SC; as well as a host of other loving relatives and dear friends, all of whom will dearly miss her.
