David Hoefer, Sr., was born in Columbia, South Carolina and attended Columbia Schools. He was an entrepreneur, founder and CEO of Country Side Kennels and Country Side Entertainment. He was a self-taught jack of many trades. One of his greatest gifts was his ability to heal his sick and injured dogs. He also had the ability to speak easily and confidently in a way to captivate your heart and drawn you into his inner circle. From Sunrise to Sunset, he was a hero to some; counselor to many and an inspiration to all. He was passionate about living life to the fullest, his pit bulls, dirt bike riding and motorcycle riding. He loved his family and he loved his friends.
