Daisy D. Chandler, was born on August 17, 1973 in Richland County, (Columbia, SC). She departed this life on May 26, 2021.
She was the daughter of Davis English, Sr and Daisy Mae Pickens, who both preceded her in life.
She was educated in the Richland School District One Public School System. She attended Midlands Technical College. Daisy found her passion in 2000 when she became employed at Epworth Children’s Home., where she worked for 21 years. Daisy was dedicated to having a positive impact on every child that she encountered. She served in this capacity until her death.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dannie Chandler and her sister, Bertha D. Trapp (Silas Trapp, Jr.)
She is survived by four sisters, Susie Dawkins, Yvonne Ducan (David) Brown, Ammy Elizabeth (Stanley) Jones, all of Columbia, SC and Natalie English of Atlanta, GA; two brothers, David (Aleecia)English, Jr and Nathaniel English, both of Columbia, SC and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
