Cherrie Mae Green was born March 15, 1939, in Ellenton, South Carolina to the late Emanuel and Viola Bostick. She peacefully fell asleep in death on October 1, 2022.
Cherrie was marred to Lewis Green, Sr. and this union produced a son, Lewis Green, Jr.
She dedicated her life to Jehovah and was baptized on July 4, 1975. She later became a full-time preacher of the Bible on June 1, 1985. Cherrie enjoyed talking to others about her God, Jehovah, and about the wonderful promise of a paradise earth.
She also loved bother her family and her spiritual brothers and sisters. She enjoyed traveling, shopping, and attending social gatherings with her spiritual brothers and sisters.
Cherrie was preceded in death by her son, Lewis Green, Jr.; a great-niece, Latasha Bostick Gillard and a nephew-in law, Paul D. Glover, Sr.
Left to cherish fond memories of her are her sister, Glady Bostick; granddaughter, Jessica (Lorenzo); four great-granddaughters, Jasmine Gray, Joshlyn Jones, Jalia Jones and Jamil Jones; two great-great grandsons, Alexander Bostick and Joshia Jones; nephew, Benjamin Bostick all of Columbia, SC; step-sister, Rubana Bryant of Jacksonville, FL; niece, Debbie Glover of Aiken, SC and a host of great nephews and nieces and a congregation of special friends.
