Brandon Daquan Shell

Brandon Daquan Shell was born on June 4, 1992 to the parents of Bobby and Janice Saxon.  On Monday evening, June 22, 2020, Brandon departed this life to be with the Lord.  He was born and raised in Columbia, SC and was the eldest of ten children. 

Brandon attended and graduated from WJ Keenan High School, Class of 2010.  During middle and high school, he played basketball in the Special Olympics.  He loved church and was member of the church choir.  He volunteered his services at Richland Memorial Hospital.  Brandon was family oriented and loved his church family, nieces and nephews.

He was an amazing son, brother, uncle and friend.  Despite his short time here on earth, he was deeply loved.  He brought smiles to everyone he met and was always humbled. 

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Grover Shell and grandmother Joyce Ann Saxon. 

Brandon will be greatly missed and his memories will be forever cherished by his loving parents, Bobby and Janice Saxon; siblings, Bryan, Jamica, Jaquanda, Britney, Berneice, Shonniece, Bobby, Rolonda and Jaquan Saxon; nieces and nephews, Nina, Italice, Messiah, Roman and Meaza; grandmother, Janie Shell; grandfather, Bobby Saxon, Sr. and a host of aunts, uncles, other loving relatives and friends.
