Mr. Bequan Antonio Recasner was born June 23, 1993 in Columbia, South Carolina to Terry and Celena Recasner. On Friday December 23, 2016, Bequan was called home to be with the Lord.

Bequan was educated on the public schools of Richland County, South Caroina. “Beeky” as he was affectionately known, often went to the Boys and Girls Club, where he enjoyed playing ball, freestyling and caracking jokes. There was never a dull moment around Bequan.

Bequan worked at Hardees and Bojangles. He was no stranger to hard work. Whenever he could, he would always lend a helping hand to his family without hesitation. From babysititng to moving, Bequan was always there. Even though his departure was way to soon for any of us to understand, God knew best; and He has a plan and purpose for each of our lives. We must continue to remember that even though Bequan is not here physically, his spirit lives on.

Bequan was predeceased by his grandmother, Hattie Mae Jamison, and an uncle, Nathaniel Jamison, both of Columbia, South Carolina.

He leaves to cherish his fond memories his parents, Terry and Celena Recasner of Columbia, SC; one son, Kayden George; a fiancée, Charity George; three brothers: Terry Recasner, Jr. of  New York, Terry Recasner, III of Columbia, SC, and Terell Johnson of Allendale, SC; five sisters: Keonna Jamison, Jasmine Recasner of South Carolina, Tyneshia Samuel, Keidra Domino and Shaniqua Swansea; eight aunts, nine uncles, a host of nieces, nephews and other loving  relatives who will miss him dearly.
