Baby Boy Zion Aeden Chisolm Obituary

With hearts full of love and sorrow, we announce the peaceful passing of Zion Aeden Chisolm, who was born sleeping on January 1, 2026, at Prisma Health Richland Hospital. Though Zion never took a breath in this world, his life was deeply felt, profoundly loved, and eternally meaningful.

Zion is the cherished son of Anthony Chisolm and Jalisa (Sheriod) Chisolm, whose hearts will forever carry his name. He is lovingly remembered by his siblings: Harley Amora Chisolm, Aiven Jace Sheriod, and Ayanna Brielle Chisolm, who will always know they have an angel watching over them.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, James Anthony Chisolm; his paternal great-grandfather, Coll Parker; his maternal grandfather, Hercules Sheriod Sr.; his maternal aunt, Jennifer Sheriod; his maternal great-grandparents Saul Sheriod and Mary Lou Sheriod; and his maternal great-grandparents Deacon Lee McCray and Luella H. McCray.

Zion leaves to cherish his memory on his paternal side: his great-grandmother Marie Parker, his grandmother Gloria Jeannette Goodwine, and his aunt Sable Chisolm. On his maternal side, he is lovingly remembered by his grandmother Ms. Burnette McCray, his uncle Hercules (LaTeka) Sheriod, and his aunt Tequila (Juan) Richardson, along with a host of extended family and loved ones.

Though his time on earth was brief, Zion’s life has left an everlasting imprint. He was known to God before he was known to us, wrapped in love before he was held, and carried into eternal rest surrounded by grace. Zion Aeden Chisolm will forever live in the hearts of his family, remembered as a precious gift, a silent miracle, and a beautiful soul.
