As a cool breeze embraced the earth on Saturday, October 16, 2003, sounds of a baby’s cry was heard throughout Richland County, South Carolina. How proud was Dilya Morris and Ron Morgan. Her baby boy would be named Austin Tyler Morgan. On Thursday, September 14, 2023, Austin was suddenly called home.
