Antuan Terell Quinn Obituary

On October 13, 2021, the Lord wrapped His loving arms around His beloved child, Antuan Terrell Quinn, and carried him home. Antuan Terrell Quinn is the son of Delores Quinn-Thomas and Alvin Wayne Jackson. He was born on Thursday July 10,1981, at Archibold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville, Georgia.

Antuan was preceded in death by his grandmother Mrs. Emma Presley-Quinn and grandfather L.M. Bell.

Antuan found and accepted his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at an early age while attending church at St. John Holiness in Pavo, Georgia under the leadership of Pastor Lovely Mae Booker-Presley. After relocating from Quitman, Georgia to Orlando, Florida, Antuan moved his membership to Ebon Temple, under the leadership of Bishop Thomas S.  Lee Jr.

Antuan’s education began by attending primary school at Walker Street Elementary in Brooks County, Georgia. He would later attend Sanford Middle School in Sandford, Florida and 71st High School in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Tuan as he was affectionately called by family and friends, was a very loving and kind individual with a hearty laugh, warm beautiful inviting smile, and heart full of love. He was truly a giver and always willing to help anyone in need. His kind heart and amazing personality will truly be missed by his family and friends. He was a loving dedicated and devoted son to his mom and sister whom he loved unconditionally.

Tuan’s favorite things to do was play Madden on the PlayStation, travel, spend time with his family, and enjoy good soul food.

Tuan found his soulmate and the love of his life Sharonda Whitmore, whom he spent the last 8 years building a home and family He loved and adored his family. Sharonda and a son he adored, Jeremiah were dear to his heart. He was an awesome provider who cherished his family above all things.

Antuan leaves to cherish his memories a loving and devoted mother Delores Quinn-Thomas (Orlando, FL), Sister Skyler Oliphant (Orlando, FL), Father Alvin Wayne Jackson (Jacksonville, NC), Stepsisters Daphne Reynolds (Hampton, GA), Brandy Manning (Albany, GA), Jantorian and Jordyn Jackson (Charlotte, NC). Uncle/Brother: Domenique Quinn (Tabitha) of Columbia, SC.  Aunts: Alicia Miller (Nate B) Columbia, SC, Judy Quinn (Tallahassee, FL), Nephew Trevin Peoples (Orlando, FL), Trevissia Peoples (Orlando, FL), Armuhni and Dej of Orlando, FL. Special cousins: Emma Quinn, Zayden Hickman of Columbia, SC, Alexandria Miller (Charlotte, NC), Zhane Gladden (Dee) of Charlotte, NC, and Bryson and DJ of Charlotte, NC; best friend, Marquis (Ashley) Gant of Columbia, SC. The loves of his life Sharonda and Jeremiah Whitmore of Columbia, SC, and a host of cousins and friends.
