Anthony L. Doctor

Anthony Leroy Doctor was born March 22, 1990, in Columbia, South Carolina, the son of Jennifer Doctor Corbin and Demetric Nelson. He departed this earthly life on Friday, May 9, 2025, in Columbia, South Carolina.

Affectionately called “Tiny” by family and friends, Anthony was educated in the public schools of Richland County. Anthony worked various job, and at the time of his departure he was employed with D & D Creation LLC.

Tiny loved his family and friends and told them often. Though he is no longer physically with us, his loving and kind spirit will forever live in the hearts and lives of all those who loved and knew him.

Anthony was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Catherine Doctor, and Johnnie Mae Corbett; and grandfathers, Floyd Boykin and William Bates.

Those who are cherishing fond and precious memories of Anthony are his loving mother, Jennifer D. (Michael) Corbin; his caring father, Demetric (Santora) Nelson; adoring sisters, Nature Nelson, Loyalty Nelson, Nabeelah Nelson, Amelia Redd, Quantalshia Goodwin; caring brothers, Demetric Nelson, Jr.,  Antonio Nelson, William Richardson, and Isaac Jones; aunts, Wilhelmina Taylor, Marshawna Nelson, Jackie Boykin and Constance Roberts; uncles, Michael (Diane) Doctor, and Phillip Doctor; and a host of other loving relatives and dear friends, all of whom join the family in sharing the grief caused by his untimely departure.
