Amuri Rodgers

Amuri Monique Rodgers was born on November 12, 2023, to Otis D. Rodgers and Arnesia M. Fair, both of whom are left to mourn her. She was their third child of three.

In a whisper of time, a brief little while, you graced us with light Amuri, our child. A journey so short, yet so deeply profound. In the glow of your smile, pure love we found. Otis and Arnesia, hearts full of grace, cherished each moment, your sweet gentle face, with a birthmark as unique as stars in the sky.

You were our miracle, our precious why.  Arnez and OJ, your brothers so true, felt the joy of your spirit bright and new, in the quiet of dawn, in the hush of the night, your essence remains, a beacon of light.

Though now you dance in realms far and wide, In every soft breeze, you're right by our side. For the love of a daughter, so vibrant and small, is the grandest of loves, that uplifts us all. Amuri, our angel with eyes shining bright, you entered our lives then took to flight. The memory of you is like the sun's warm embrace, will forever light up the darkest of space.
