Rosalind Archie Denny

Rosalind Archie Denny affectionately known as “Monkey” was born March 26, 1962 in Columbia, SC to Henry Archie Jr. & the late Barbara Archie-Corbin. Rosalind departed this life August 4, 2018 in Columbia, SC.

Rosalind attended school in Richland County Schools. All of her career choices defined her amazing character. Starting a job at Baptist, to transportation, dispatching, scheduling, and home health care. All in which she gave back to her community. Filling so many hearts with her love and laughter, she did not only serve purpose to her jobs, but to the people she encountered along her journey.

Rosalind leaves behind her legacy to: her father, Henry Archie Jr. of Hopkins, SC; husband, Robert Denny of Columbia, SC; daughters, India Archie of Charlotte, NC, and Asia Archie of Columbia, SC; brothers, Henry (Diana) Archie III of Dalzell, SC, Stanley (Dorothy) Archie Sr. of Irmo, SC, Raymond Buton of Gastonia, NC, Kenneth Archie of Greenville, SC, and Melvin (Shannon) Archie Sr. of Hopkins, SC; sisters: Patricia Archie Baskin of Columbia, SC, and Lillie (Leon) Jamison of Hopkins, SC; special friends who were like sisters: Beverly Dubard, and Crystal Owens; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and close friends.
