Ronald Canzater

Mr. Ronald Canzater Sr. was born in Columbia, SC. He was the only son and second oldest of five children of the late Mr. Woodrow Canzater and Mrs. Bernetha Casey Canzater.

Ronald Sr. graduated from W.J. Keenan High School and later became a certified mechanic from Midlands Technical College. Mr. Ronald Sr. was employed with King’s Laboratory for many years.

Ronald Sr. was united in holy matrimony to Mrs. Santria Cunningham Canzater. Ronnie was a hardworking, loving family man, who cared and took care of his family.

Those left to cherish the fond memories are his loving wife: Mrs. Santria Canzater; his children: Keisha Canzater, Rhonda Canzater. And Ronald Canzater Jr.; one grandchild: Logan Canzater of Blythewood, SC; four sisters Jancie Canzater, Connie (Benjamin) Taylor, Jacqueline Canzater, and Valerie Canzater, all of Columbia, SC; mother-in-law: Deloris White; four sister-in-laws: Sally Cunningham, Cornelia (Preston) Baxter, Areathe Cunningham, and Becky (Patrick) Harris; two brother-in-laws: Fred Cunningham Jr., and Craig Boykin; four aunts: Betty C. Barr, Gladys Casey, and Minnie Canzater all of Columbia and Dorothy Canzater of Boston, MA; two special friends: Moses Gibson and Linwood Rogers; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, and other dear relatives and friends.
