Nathan Turner Obituary
On August 14, 2018 the Lord called Nathan Lynell Turner home to rest. He was born June 16, 1980 in Richland County, South Carolina to the late Joyce Elaine Turner.
Nathan “Nate” was known to be a kind hearted and giving individual. He was educated in Richland County Public schools. He was a member of Second Nazareth Baptist Church of Columbia, SC where he was a member of the W. M. Bowman Youth Choir. Throughout his life he had a passion for music. He took piano and violin lessons. He also was in a R&B group where he performed locally in South Carolina and North Carolina for years.
He worked as a handyman within his community helping anyone in need. For 5 years he worked for JDI Heating and Air and upon his passing he worked 10 years for Duncan Heating and Air.
Those left to cherish his memories are his grandmother Lueaster, brother Lamar Sr. of Columbia, SC; two sisters Kelly of Tampa, FL and Tyesha (Greg) Thomas of Hopkins, SC; two uncles Stacey and Anthony of Columbia, SC; one aunt Jackie of Columbia, SC; four nieces, four nephews, cousins, and a host of friends and family that will miss him greatly.
