Ms. Kemaro Takaria Brown was born April 6, 1983 in Columbia, South Carolina to Belinda and Kenneth Roderick Brown. She departed this life at Palmetto Richland Hospital, Columbia, South Carolina on Monday, October 22, 2018.
"KeiKei", as she was affectionately known, accepted Christ at an early age and was a faithful member of Miracle Faith Christian Center of Columbia, SC under Pastors Alonzo and Deloris Ward. There she accepted the responsibilty and servitude as a dedicated member, serving as an usher and choir member.
Kemaro attended the public schools of District One in Richland County. She graduated with the class of 2001 from Lower Richland High School where she excelled in her acedemics. After graduation, she furthered her education at Midlands Technical College and Bellevue University, receiving an associates and bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies and Criminal Justice. Prior to becoming disabled, she was employed in the banking industry.
"KeiKei" was a beautiful person with a beautiful spirit. Her infectious smile and kind words left an impression on everyone she came into contact with. Her fun-loving personality, joyful heart, sweet and humble disposition, drew many people to her. Which made her a blessing to be around. She loved her family and friends unconditionally and always had an encouraging message to share. Even in the midst of her own challenges, she would find a way to make you smile. She matured into a woman of strong faith with great wisdom. She was the epitome of the "Proverbs 31" woman.
Left to cherish precious memories are: her mother Belinda E. Brown; father Kenneth R. Brown; sister Deltoya T. Brown; Maternal Grandmother Geneva Cheeseboro and a host of other loving relatives and dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her Paternal Grandfather John Brown Sr. and Paternal Grandmother Mary M. Brown.
