Mr. Ira Lee Cook, Jr. was born September 27, 1948 in New York City. On March 4, 2019 at Providence Hospital, God called Ira Lee Cook, Jr. home to eternal rest.
Ira confessed to Christ and was a faithful member of Little Zion Baptist Church.
Ira Lee Cook, Jr. was preceded in death by Mr. Samuel Threats.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his mother, Mrs. Mozella Parker of Columbia, SC; his daughter, Shante (Randall) Sims of Columbia, SC; and his grandson, Reid Sims of Columbia, SC.
He was loved like a brother by his special friends, Mr. Russell Bamberg, Mr. Freddie Walker, Mr. George Brown, Mr. Simpson Baker, Oein Kennedy, Ben Scott and a host of other classmates and coworkers.
