Ms. Francis Deloris Harris, daughter of the late Willie and Thomasina Burke Moye, was born September 28, 1949 in Eastover, South Carolina. She peacefully departed this earthly life on Sunday, January 7, 2018 at Pruitt Health Care.

“Lo,” as she was affectionately known, was a 1968 graduate of Webber High School in Richland County. At an early age, she gave her life to Christ at Saint Thomas Episcopal Church of Eastover. Ms. Harris was blessed with a daughter, Cynthia (Darryl) Harris Brown who preceded her in death on May 7, 2016.

She was also predeceased by her granddaughter, Shayla Jacobs, and a brother, Golden Moye.

Ms. Harris worked as a bus driver for Lower Richland Student Transportation Services. Her strong personality influenced many; and that influence will remain in the lives of all who knew her.

Her memory will be forever cherished in the lives of her grandchildren: Denzel (Carolyn Moore) Sulton of Columbia, South Carolina and Torian (Jashira) Jacobs of Texas; her granddaughter-in-love, Thomasina Harris; and two great grandchildren, Travonti and Cyntian Sulton. She also leaves to mourn her passing, three sisters and one brother: Willie Mae Wilson, Willie Edward Moye, Louise Flemming, and Barbara Simons, all of Eastover, South Carolina; three nieces and six nephews; as well as a host of other loving family and friends.
