Flora Lee Stroman

Flora Lee Stroman born November 13, 1924 to Leonel and Martha Bailey in Columbia, South Carolina.

Flora Lee was educated through Richland County Public Schools. She worked for the University of South Carolina for many years as a Custodian. She later was employed at Howard Elementary School and G. Werber Bryan Psychiatric Hospital as a cook.  She was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church.

Flora Lee Stroman married the late John Henry Stroman.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister: Eva Bailey, and three children: Leon Bailey, Lizzie Geiger, Benjamin Bailey, and John Henry Stroman.

Flora Lee leaves to cherish her precious memories: her children: Leo (Lynn) Bailey, Leroy (Robin) Bailey, Carolina (Eddie) Gilliam, Carol Gamble, Henry L. Stroman, Darren Leysath, and Linda Issac, all of Columbia, SC; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.
