Claranell Devon Silver Williams was born July 12, 1976 in Newport News, Virginia to Juanita Silver and the late Ozro John Plair.

Nell, as she was affectionately known, graduated from Upson Lee High School in Thomaston, Georgia. She furthered her education at the University of West Georgia, where she received her undergraduate degree in Business Management. She continued her college education and obtained her master’s degree (with honors) from Webster University in Business Management and Leadership. She was also a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.

Nell worked in Management at Enterprise Rental Car, where she met her “Superman”, Lonnie Levon Williams. The two were united in Holy Matrimony on March 4, 2000. To this union, three amazing children were born: LaTayah Judeah, Eric Isaiah, and Avery Joseph. She was a full-time mother who raised and home-schooled her children, teaching them basic and foundational skills. She instilled the love of God in her children to continue their lives in a successful manner.

She was a virtuous woman and an outstanding wife. She supported and encouraged her husband as a man of God and as a provider for their family. She was a perfectionist and never abandoned a task until it was completed and perfected. Nell loved to draw, plant flowers, take pictures, bake, and cook for her family. She loved to travel and went around the world to three continents and eleven countries to expose her children to different cultures. She really looked forward to the European Christmas markets and attending Pittsburgh Steelers games.

When she returned to the United States after touring Europe and Asia, she became the best real estate agent in Columbia. She created several planners, which allowed real estate agents to grow their independent businesses. She also had a home design plan named, “The Nell”, with C&C Builders.

She leaves to cherish her memories, a loving and devoted husband, Elder Lonnie L. Williams; her children: LaTayah Judeah, Eric Isaiah, and Avery Joseph; her mother, Juanita Silver; brother, Terrell Plair; an adopted brother, Solomon Walker; and a sister, Oswana Silver. She also leaves to mourn her passing, her mother-in-law: Major (Ret.) Josephine Worrell, grandmother-in-law, Mother Mary M. Jenkins; sister-in-law: Karen (Kevin) Broussard; brother-in-law, District Elder Major (Ret.) Rodney (Sharon) Williams, Sr.; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives
