Aries A. Brown

“I’m at peace at last you see, for my Father, He has rescued me.  So find your peace in Him, and you will see, He’s a God that will rescue thee.  So please don’t cry and mourn for me, for I’m at rest eternally.”

Mr. Aries Brown was born April 7, 1975 in Columbia, SC.  He was the beloved son of the late Odell and Earline Brown.  On Thursday, July 12,  2018 Aries departed this earthly life for eternal rest with God. 

“Pa Pa or “Lil Brah” as he was affectionately known, was educated in the public schools of Richland County.  He was employed by Midstate Masonry.  This was a job he loved and did very well.

Aries lived a full and happy life.  He was an amazing husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend.  He had a smile that would light up the room.  He had a heart of gold.  He believed in family first.  Even if you were a friend or stranger, he considered you family. His loyalty and compassion were beyond what words could describe. He was a true Pittsburg Steelers fan!

Aries was preceded in death by his parents Odell and Earline Brown; sisters, Loretta Coleman, Barbara Jacobs and Maxine Brown; brother, Samuel Brown.

Aries leaves to cherish precious memories: his loving and devoted wife Carolyn Green Brown of Columbia, SC; daughter, Sharrell Crim of Columbia, SC; two sons, Tarrell Crim and Tyrone Crim, both of Columbia, SC; three grand children Aiden Crim, Sha’Niya Crim and Jeremiah Crim-Johnson, all of Columbia, SC; two brothers Tyrone (Sonya) Brown and Michael (Latisha) Brown, both of Columbia, SC ; sister Lucille (Mike) Chandler of Columbia, SC; three aunts Jackie Johnson, Jessie Rogers and Mary Kelly all of Columbia, SC; uncle Ray C. Johnson,  of Columbia, SC; sister in law Theresa Boston of Columbia, SC; brother in law Roy Boston of Columbia, SC; as well as a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and caring friends, all of whom will miss him dearly.
