Mrs. Tonyce “Vette” Clark, a long-time resident of the Columbia area, went home to be with the Heavenly Father on Sautrday, the 22nd of July, 2017, Born November 30, 1971 in Richland County, South Carolina, Tonyce was the daughter of the late Willie Turnipseed and Catherline Jennings Turnipseed.
Tonyce attended the public schools in Richland County. She was a proud graduate with Eau Claire High School’s Class of 1990. She went on to earn an Associate Degree in Medical Assisting. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant and had worked at the South Carolina Pediactric Alliance since 1998 and ultimately became the Referrals Supervisor.
“Vette”, as she was affectionately known by family and friends, enjoyed spending time with her family and living life to the fullest! She was a wonderful mother and loved her children dearly. She in turn was loved by many and will truly be missed by family and friends alike.
Tonyce will forever be remembered and cherished by: her loving husband, William Clark. She leaves to continue her legacy four children: Terran Clark, Charles “Dyvion” Bell, Sylvia “Quita” Norris and Zaquaria “Cora” Johnson, and three grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers: Willie and Reginald (Verneta) Turnipseed, and Kenneth Turner; sisters, Charlotte and Catherine Turnipseed, and Coralee Turner; and a host of loving nieces, nephews and dear friends.
