Louise B. Parker was born June 2, 1942 to the late Aggie and Bertie Bell in Washington, DC. 

She passed away at her home in Columbia, SC on Tuesday, April 26, 2016.  Louise was born and raised in Washington, DC. She accepted the Lord into her life at a young age.

Louise worked as a licensed cosmetologist and at various customer service jobs for many years; but most of all, she enjoyed being a wife, mother and grandmother.

Her positive attitude and willing spirit gave her the courage to withstand all of life’s adversities. Louise had such a warm, friendly and caring personality that all of her family and friends were strengthened by her spirit.

Louise was predeceased by: her parents; her, son Ricky Parker: a granddaughter, Cierra Parker; a grandson, Tyrone Parker; and a sister, Margaret Green.

Louise is survived by: her loving husband, Bobby Parker; her three sons:  Kenneth, Stanford (Vanessa) and Ronnie Parker; eleven grandchildren: Jawan Parker, Zakki Parker, Brittany Parker, Kiyahnna Parker, Jalen Cross, Ashely Dunn, Shakera Parker, Aubrey Reeves, James Quattlebaum, Shawntavia Adams and Chaquanda Quattlebaum; seventeen great-grandchildren; a niece, Eleanor Cook; and a host of family and friends.
