James E Jones

James Edward Jones was born to the late Robert and Lillie Jones on May 11, 1964 in Columbia, South Carolina. He was educated in the Richland County Public Schools. “Kurt” as he was known to family and friends departed this earthly dwelling for eternal life with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, March 5, 2018.

Kurt was proceeded in death by a brother, Jim Mack of Swansea, SC; a sister, Loraine Hawkins of Eastover, SC, two nieces, and three nephews.

Though Kurt is no longer here with us on earth, his memory is left to be cherished by his siblings: Patricia (Jimmie Sr.) James and Harry (Evonne) Ogwin, all of Hopkins, SC; Lubrinda Myers, Zandrevel (Eddie) Ladson, Annette Myers, Benjamin (Judy) Myers, Deffie Goodwin, and Robert Jones, all of Gadsden, SC; Greg (Andreana) Tucker, and Daisy Mae Hawkins, all of Columbia, SC; Timothy (Mary) Duckett of Eastover, SC; and a host of nephews, nieces and other loving relatives and dear friends, all of whom join together to remember his life, but rejoice that he is now resting with the Lord.
