Geraldine Denise McCants

Geraldine “Denise” McCants was born February 18, 1963 in Blythewood, South Carolina to the late Claude McCants and Ida Bell Washington McCants Green. On Sunday, February 25, 2018, her heavenly father called her home from Providence Hospital.

Geraldine’s love will forever live in the hearts of her son Michael (Kieanna) McCants of Columbia, SC; four grandchildren who she loved dearly: Michael, Kierra, Jamare, and Jaden McCants all of Columbia, SC; two sisters: Ruth Diamond and Stacy Brown both of Blythewood, SC; two brothers: Vernon McCants of Columbia, SC and Claude McCants of Blythewood, SC. She also leaves two very special life long friends, Ms. Tammy Platts and Charles Trapp both of Columbia, SC, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and caring friends all of whom will miss her dearly.
