Mr. Dale Godfrey Bell, Sr. was born May 23, 1954 to Fletcher Bell and Ruby Bell Martin. He departed this life on April 21, 2016 to be with his heavenly Father.

He was educated at Spring Valley High School in Columbia, South Carolina. He is a retired as a truck driver/owner operator after 35 years of being on the road.

He was predeceased by his wife, Rosalyn Outen Bell, and brothers: David, Fletcher “Ed” and Archie Bell.

Those that will forever cherish his memories are: his two children, Dale Bell, Jr. of Brookline, Missouri and Latessa Bell (Kevin) Jackson of Columbia, South Carolina; three sisters: Carrie White, Cora Johnson, both of Columbia, South Carolina, and Carolyn (Nate) Poston of Lawton, Oklahoma; a brother, Larry (Edna) Bell of Elgin, South Carolina; five grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends, all of whom rejoice with the family in knowing that he is now resting with the Lord.
